Old Westbury Estate

Full Design-Build Transformation

This Old Westbury estate project represents the full Cardi Design & Build experience — from the initial design consultation and 3D rendering through final installation and landscaping. Located in one of Long Island's most prestigious Gold Coast communities, the homeowners wanted a complete outdoor transformation that matched the scale and elegance of their property.

The property required a cohesive outdoor design that would complement the architecture of the home while creating distinct zones for swimming, dining, and relaxing. The clients wanted a space that felt both grand and livable — impressive for entertaining but comfortable for everyday family use.

We began with a full 3D design presentation showing the complete vision before any ground was broken. Our team handled every phase in-house — pool excavation and gunite installation, all masonry and coping work, landscape design and planting, and final lighting — ensuring seamless coordination and a consistent design language throughout the entire project.
